BANOFFEE CUPCAKES

Tengok ramai dok bercakap pasal banoffe Cupcake ni, jadi mama mencari resipinya dan ianya mama ambil dari blog Laman Dapur Helen...Jadi andai nak cuba,boleh try resipi kat bawah ni yer...mama sendiri agak sibuk sikit sekarang jadi nanti nak cuba resipi yang sedap ni....emmm marbeless

Bahan2nya;
1/2 CUP SALTED BUTTER- SUHU BILIK
3/4 BROWN SUGAR
2 LARGE EGGS
2 MEDIUM RIPE BANANA- MASHED
1/3 CUP(90 ML) SOUR CREAM
1 TSP BAKING SODA
3 TBSP OF HOT MILK
3/4 CUP SELF RAISING FLOUR
3/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TSP NUTMEG@ CINNAMON POWDER
1 CUP CARAMEL FILLED CANDIES- COARSELY CHOPPED


TOPPING;
1/2 CUP HEAVY CREAM- WHIPPED
1 CUP OF CARAMEL SOS- JIKA SUKA BOLE SKIP 
1 RIPE BANANA- CUT BULAT- BULAT(SLICE)


CARANYA;

PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 170'C GAS MARK 3.....


BEAT THE BUTTER WITH SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY,AND ADD IN THE EGGS ONE AT THE TIME....ADD IN THE MASHED BANANAS AND THE SOUR CREAM....SLOWLY BEAT THE BATTER AGAIN AT LOW SPEED UNTIL WELL COMBINED.

ADD IN THE BAKING SODA,AND HOT MILK..PUT THE FLOURS AND THE NUTMEG...STIR IN CANDIES....

SPOON THE BATTER INTO THE PREPARED MUFFIN TIN AND BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES AND SPOON THE BATTERS UNTIL 3/4 FULL.

TO GARNISH THE CUPCAKES..SPREAD THE WHIPPING CREAM ON THE TOP OF THE CUPCAKES AND SPRINKLES THE CARAMEL...AND PUT THE BANANA..READ TO BE SERVED... 














FOR MY CUPCAKES I JUST SPRINKLES WITH ROASTED MUESLI CRUNCH ON THE TOP...AND ENJOY EATING THEM WITH UNSALTED BUTTER AND ENGLISH TEA....


U MAY SPRINKLES THE ON THE TOP OF THE CUPCAKES WITH WALNUTS,PECANS,ALMONDS OR OATS ROLLED..ALL UP TO U..THIS IS THE EASIEST WAYS TO ENJOY YOUR CAKE WITHOUT TROUBLING YOURSELF MAKING THE FROSTING.


SPRINKLES SOME DRY CHERRIES,RAISIN,CRANBERRIES ..ALSO NICE.
